Really nice hotel with friendly and courteous staff

We stayed 4 nights for a funeral and it was very comfortable The room was spacious and service good. The breakfast was good as well. The indoor pool was great except for some debris at the bottom

Parking area is quiet and separated from the main road, well maintained. Lobby and room very clean. Refrigerator makes clicking noises throughout the night though.

Comfortable bed. Great hot tub.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was traveling for work so I did not utilize the amenities but it was nice that they were there. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town for work.

The rooms were arranged nicely and fairly clean. The kitchen has exactly two of each dish and flatware, which means you wash dishes frequently or you run the dishwasher with just a few dishes in it. The office area worked great for my work needs. The television channel selection wasn't great. The most serious problem lies with the billing. To date, I have been charged double for nearly every transaction. I paid for six of the seven days when I checked in. Then I was charged twice for the...

Beautiful spacious room and friendly staff. Great breakfast options hot/ cold. Celebrated my husband’s 65th birthday.

Rooms new and clean Had some bad luck in the casino

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

great friendly love the staff so awesome

The hotel is right next to 3 restaurants and a fashion mall so it’s a quick walk from there. Also super convenient for events like conventions at the Donald Convention Center. Good service and free WiFi is a plus. Great parking garage location with easy access, plus 18 check in so that’s a bonus for me. Overall, excellent experience worth the money spent on for the nights my buddy and I stayed.

Neat me tidy hotel with friendly service.

Nice modern looking hotel with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Loved the hot breakfast options! Close to airport with free shuttle, lots of transportation options into downtown.

Such a comfortable stay! We had an event at Pheasant Run and didn't want to stay on site. The beds at the Hampton were SO comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and really seemed to enjoy being there. The breakfast was fabulous for a hotel breakfast. Such a variety- and so much more than toast and cereal. Loved the hot breakfast variety that changed each morning of our stay! My only suggestion is to add another waffle station to make sure that everyone who wants a waffle has time to make...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Inn & Suites in Bolingbrook, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a fresh look, with modern decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms and common areas were nice and clean, which added to the overall comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

This hotel was very nice and super clean! Plus we got towels. Two people and 4 bath towels to be exact . Plus hand towels and wash clothes . BIG containers in the shower if body wash, shampoo and conditioner . I forgot my shampoo so that was super useful. No daily service but we only stayed two nights. Plus we had enough towels lol.

Great I appreciate the hospitality of the place
