“Air filter was incredibly filthy and covered in thick dust which we discovered after the house wasn't cooling down. Woke up Saturday morning excited to swim but thr poo lwas filled with yard debris and dead bugs and small animals. We messaged the host in which they responded guests were to clean the pool! What?? Never mentioned in the Vrbo description. Or ever heard of such. They told us to use the skimmers to clean the pool but we told them they were broken and they quit responding. We had to……

“The hotel under Wyndham umbrella should not have been opened. Lobby if u call it that offered nothing. Desk clerk was ok. Entered the room an there was a smell. Parking lot needed to be cleaned. We did not stay. Since I booked thru Expedia (which i will not use anymore) we forfeited 2 nights of room cost. But it was worth it to not stay in that hotel.”

“One thing that I did like about this property was that check out was simple. It was fast and easy. Additionally, I left my keys in the room in the staff was kind enough to not give me one card, but two replacement cards. Check out with seamless. I would stay here again if I’m in Pensacola.”
