"I had a great experience. Loved I was texted every other day to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Best lying bed and pillows ever. Breakfast excellent. Service great. Everyone helpful. Room cleaned often. Beverages available at all times. Elevators fast and uncrowded. Very quiet. Excellent view of gulf. I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer. "This was an amazing property with all things and amenities done exceptionally well. The views from the lobby and restaurant were stunning and the restaurant dinner foods were great. The breakfast was plentiful but typical buffet stuff. Staff was top shelf as they handled a very unique issue with skill and professionalism. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we will be back."

"All the staff was helpful friendly and so nice. I love the suite with the separate rooms my mother went on this trip and she was able to walk to the beach without issues. I had a small dog and the staff interacted with her I would have liked to have a separate chest in the second bedroom and ice available. But we made do I will definitely stay there again if it stays pet friendly"

"The room was COVERED in palmetto bugs, the mattress was stained in some brown liquid, there was disgusting brown marks all over the floor and black mold in the bathroom above the sink and below the sink. Bugs in the cabinets where the pots and pans were as well as in the shower. Upon check in our TV was broken and it took us going to the office five separate times to get a new one brought to our room. We stayed for 5 days and house keeping did not come one time to get trash or dirty towels. We requested new towels at least three times and did not receive any but the two that were in the room when we arrived. Property states that it is no smoking at all and multiple people were smoking ALL over the property (which is fine as long as you don’t explicitly state your property as no smoking) Upon check in I received an email saying the pool times of open and close, in the email it stated 11 pm, and we were told to get out of the pool at 10 pm after the pool had been closed ALL day. When the men came to bring the replacement television they were speaking very poorly of all of us in Spanish like we could not understand. Saying we were greedy for needing a TV on vacation and we were “typical white people”our room was supposed to have an “ocean view” not a beach view and we were placed directly behind the sand dune which was trashy and could not see the water AT ALL. (Which once again would be fine if it would have said “beach view”not ocean view”)Price did not match what was provided"
