The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. One of the best parts is definitely the location—the beach being right there makes it super convenient and adds a lot to the stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the ocean.That said, there were a few things that felt misleading. The hotel advertises certain amenities as being included, but that’s not really the case. Things like the bikes and the “wine wall” are labeled as free, but they actually deduct a daily fee from your deposit to cover them. So you’re essentially paying for these “included” amenities whether you use them or not, which wasn’t clearly explained upfront.Another downside was the parking. They charge $50 per day, which already feels excessive, and the “in and out privileges” they mention honestly just seem like a way to make the fee sound better than it is. It doesn’t really add value for the price you’re paying. What was most frustrating, though, was the customer service after I noticed these charges. When I called to ask about it, the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive.
