"Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! "

"The host called us at check in time telling us we must stay in a different apartment for the night because of a broken window. The temporary apartment was very poor. We got no apology or refund for the night from the host. When we finally made it into the apartment we booked, It looked similar to the photos, but it was very unclean and many amenities didn't work. For example, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, the second shower had no handle to turn it on, and the curtains were not floor...
