“Room was clean and quiet”

“The hotel is fabulous, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The buffet breakfast was spectacular!”

“This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy once turned on—so loud that……

“The Hotel was quiet and comfy, although a little more dated than what I expected from the photos. Breakfast was good. The restaurant could have used some more variety, but there are lots of food options nearby. Certainly not a bad option for the price.”

“There were crack pipes and needles all over the ground. There was urine and feces in the hallways. There were people drugged out of their minds laying on the front lawn. There was constantly at least four sets of legs dumpster diving at all times. The crackhead next to me came out. Didn't even look human screaming and yelling. The toilet seat when I went to use the bathroom had no bolts in it. And nearly killed myself when the toilet seat slipped off. The sheets and the comforters were burnt……

“There was some brown crusty stuff on the towels and the couch bed was suuuper uncomfortable.”

“This hotel is falling apart. The wallpaper was peeling in both rooms(we booked two rooms). Our door didnt have a proper locking plate. The toilet wasn't working in one of the rooms. This sink was also not working in that room. The fire alarm in one room was smashed into the wall. the staff were friendly and tried to help but ultimately didnt know what to do about our complaints. The "breakfast" is 2 eggs, hashbrowns and, a slice of toast. The only part we liked about this place was the breakfast……
