“The property was easy to access and the rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, check-in was accommodated early, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom doors in room left little to the imagination and I was hoping for smoothies at breakfast as I saw them advertised through pictures, but was disappointed. Overall the stay was good! ”

“The breakfast was top notch! Our room met our requests. Parking, location and access...all good. The only (minor) concerns/complaints we had was that upon entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of excess cleaner and the lighting in the bathroom on the dim side. We asked front desk if they had an air purifier to maybe help with the strong smell, but they had none. Good news is the smell dissipated after awhile.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are……

“Everything was excellent here at Comfort Inn West. Checking inn was easy peasy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and I sleep like a baby. The shower /bath area was clean, water had enough pressure, was a good stay! Checkout was very simple as well.”

“Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer……

“This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up.
