“The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom shelves weren’t wiped down, there was grime on the wall near the garbage can and the headboard had something red splattered on it. I gave the front desk photos and they were very friendly and appreciative of the feedback, however because we booked through Expedia and had paid already they said there wasn’t much they could do. They offered free snacks and drinks to take home. We didn’t notice……

“This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy once turned on—so loud that……
