“The access to the room was user friendly and easy. The room was exactly as portrayed in the registration photos, nicely decorated, personal climate controls, upgraded shampoo and soaps, snacks and extremely clean. The room was conveniently located several hundred feet from shopping and restaurants. There was considerable ample street parking close to the hotel. “I was in town with friends for UAlbany homecoming. I loved that there one and two bedroom apartment-style rooms, with fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, and fridge). The rooms were spacious to include the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was my room was serviced by housekeeping when it was supposed to; however, once I contacted the front desk, they sent up fresh linens.”
