“Good stay overall. Check in fast and were able to check in a couple hours early, which was much appreciated. Room was spacious, cool and quiet. Pool and spa were clean and enjoyable. Two minor complaints: not enough light in room to read at night and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.”

“Two doors didn’t work to try to get in the hotel. One window was smashed, lock on our door was loose. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. No milk for cereal, no juice, no coffee. Sausage was slimy and undercooked, eggs were runny and sloppy undercooked mess. Only one staff working the breakfast, dirty dishes everywhere. The parking lot is a mess. Massive pot holes everywhere.”

“The chateau Moncton is a beautiful hotel and the location was perfect for what we wanted for our trip.”

“No elevator. It was difficult for my sister, who has mobility and vision issues, to get up and down stairs. Breakfast room was just weird. Coffee in hallway by check in desk was bizarre. Place will do in a pinch. Most likely would not choose to stay here again.”

“Everything was dirty and/or broken/damaged. Moldy a/c, broken toilet seat, holes in the walls, broken door security bolt. We arrived later than what we were expecting so didnt actually have time to address the fact we wouldnt have stayed there if we had the time to find somewhere else. As well didnt notice just how bad it was until we arrive back the room quite late that night after we checked in. -25/10 just don't. The guy at the front desk was nice though.”

“Beds were smelling and you can't be late to breakfast, we were there at 8:45AM as we checked in early morning at 2 AM, they removed breakfast items while we were serving. Felt very rude.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, parking was fantastic. Will come again, just an FYI there is no coffee maker in the room, i did not realize it when bookong the room, however after reviewing the amenities list after the fact it does not list one. So just be aware.”

“I booked the King bedroom w/whirlpool MONTHS in advance for $384, one night. Less than a week before my arrival I received a call from the hotel that the room i had booked wasn't available for them to offer me. They said " we can offer you the King Bed Studio Suite Nonsmoking for the same price, or you are free to cancel with no charge." At that point I knew there were no other hotel options available that night so took their offer. I was expecting it to be at least an upgrade. The room was……
