“The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer.My only negative feedback is the following:1. No dresser in either bedroom, so if we were staying longer than a long weekend I would need more space for clothes. There are closets in each bedroom with limited hangers.2. “Enjoyed our stay in this great location! It was so nice having dedicated parking, especially since we were there over Labor Day weekend. We were able to walk to dinner, and enjoy the harbor, then walk home with no stress. The apartment was lovely, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I do wish the 3rd bedroom had a door and a regular bed in it instead of an old standard "bar in your back" sofa bed. It seems a waste of a room. But we made things work and had no issues. “Our stay at the Newport Lofts was great. It was in a good location near the port and the shops and restaurants. The Loft was very nice and clean. Lots of room. A nice kitchen. Open living area. Nice bedrooms with baths. The outside porch was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it. ”

“Location, Location, Location! Place is in the heart of Newport. Very clean. Loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted. The 2 bathrooms are updated as well as the kitchen. It’s definitely a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night but simply turn on the white noise and you won’t hear very much. I would stay here again for sure. No issues at all with the unit throughout our stay. ”
