“The listing does not state that the unit is part of a house. This should be made clear.The neighborhood is quiet and is in a very convenient location. The unit looks lovely and everything seems new. The decor is very nice and the furniture is comfortable. There are a few things needed which would make the stay much better:There is a microwave and mini fridge in each bedroom; but this doesn't seem necessary since kitchen is only a few steps away. There is only one reachable outlet in each……

“Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out.”

“Everyone who stays at the legacy knows the expectations and what you get for the low price point. The rooms are quite old and out dated, ceilings and paint are cracking, pedestal sinks are coming off the wall and the carpets are kind of gross but it’s family friendly, right on the beach and they supply the beach tags. Not a four star resort by any means, but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night and stay close to the beach for a reasonable price point, legacy does deliver.”
