“The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh.
The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. ”

“Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It gives an old school boutique vibe. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. The room was very nice and comfortable. Room service was great. Every employee I communicated with from valet to room service was awesome, friendly and polite. The hotel is located in the heart of it all in the downtown art district. “This was a terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay in this hotel. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel. Absolutely terrible I recommend no one stay here ever. ”
