“Location was perfect. Breakfast was pretty good.”

“Computers were not working and check in took 45 minutes. No one said hello or apologized for our wait. We were then given a musty smelling room with wet carpet and we asked to change rooms. The new room had dirty sheets left in the pull-out couch. We were told they could only give us one extra pillow and no one came to collect the dirty sheets. Breakfast was sparse, machines were broken and normal items were not even out. The carpet is dirty is many spots, the rooms are not being properly……

“First time staying at a Spark hotel. I was very disappointed with Hilton. Our “clean” bathroom had a dirty wet hand towel in the shower. In the morning the front desk guy DC as he said was his name was very rude. We got to breakfast 1.5 before ending time and there was no milk, cream cheese or cups and bowls. “I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience. The first room was in such poor condition that I requested a different one, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The counters were dirty, there was urine on the toilet, hair on the nightstand, dirty microwaves, stained curtains, and spills all over the walls. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning units would not cool below the……

“My husband wouldn’t stay and I was even a bit iffy. Run down, but looked clean. Couldn’t tell if linen was fresh as nothing was tucked in. After a 5 minute debate we decided to drive on. The front desk was very helpful in person. Only stay here if you’re very comfortable with a roughly maintained facility and can sleep in that environment.”

“Staff was great, very helpful. However, the cleanliness of the property was poor. I forgot a mug in the fridge called about 3 hours later when I realized I forgot it and they threw it out. I actually had my diabetic meds in it. It’s a pet friendly property but it needs to be cleaned properly if pets are allowed on site.”

I understand the nature of Extended Stay hotels and the long term rental aspect.
