“Nice wooded lot, clean home. Dogs loved playing fetch around the home. “Lived” on the lower level where the shower and king bed were. Convenient drive and door so items could be unloaded from the car.”

“This townhouse was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and was perfect for our needs! We were a family of 4 and had plenty of space. The owners addressed my questions with quick responses! Its sits in a great area of Charlotte and we were so impressed with the area around the townhouse. It was our first time in Charlotte and were thoroughly impressed with the city. We will definitely be back and would definitely stay in this townhouse again! Wonderful experience!”

“We stayed here for a wedding nearby. The communication with Bernadette was excellent. We had everything we needed at the house and more. Food lion was a very short drive as well. House was very clean, AC going and set up upon arrival. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We would stay again if ever in the area.”

“This is a BEAUTY! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the host, this home is definitely home! I traveled with a group of 9 ladies this home was extremely spacious, filled with amenities, clean and just overall welcoming. We had lots of plans however we decided to cancel some just to enjoy the house. They have games readily available, you couldn’t possibly be disappointed. It was just nice wish we could’ve stayed longer, however as a group we will book this particular home again as we all fell in……

“I'm from Matthews, but my family has outgrown my parents house when siblings are in town so my husband, children and I stayed here when in town for my sister's graduation. The neighborhood is very quiet and hidden, but also right in downtown Matthews so it was easy to get to places quickly. The house is small, but perfect for a family of 5.
