“The host sent me very limited access information in Spanish. That was the beginning of the difficulties. He never provided an access code for the house. After trying multiple times to get in contact with the host, I had to call VRBO and ended up spending nearly an hour on hold. The host then had a translator call me and inform me that the house had no furniture in it and had water problems. I never got a reason for why I wasnt not informed long before I needed to check in.VRBO customer service……
