Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. "The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11\. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"
