“The property was clean . But it’s a self served property. You have to make sure you get the passcodes before arriving otherwise since there’s no one it takes a long time to find someone and call. Also , the breakfast is continental so as you expect in bed and breakfast a hot breakfast won’t be served. Expedia says resort and when you get there it’s bed and breakfast. Also hair dryers not working, so bring your own. Anyway, it has a private beach.”

“We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly. The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message. “Great location on the main strip over a good restaurant/ bar. I did find the big lit sign for the Colonial Hotel outside my window flickered through at night. It was bothersome.”

“Overall a great stay. Rooms could’ve been way cleaner, looked like all they did was make the bed…fries on the floors, dirt and dust and spider webs all over surfaces. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the strip and beach, and a couple min walk to LCBO and the grocery store. Nice place to visit”
