“I had a wonderful stay, it was just at the beginning of the season so it was very quiet which was what I was looking for. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful! The walk to the lake, and then along the shore, was a perfect start to the day. The bottle of wine I had sent to my room was terrific and the charcuterie box I had from the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Sitting in the sunroom with a glass of wine and a book was the perfect getaway.”

“The Little Inn has been a special place to us for many years. It is indeed charming and the staff was all kind and helpful. We did discover on this trip that we should have waited a week or two since they were in transition to full season services. The dinner menu had several changes that had to be conveyed verbally since the printed menu was not updated, and, most disappointing was that there was no breakfast available except on weekends at this point. “I like the staff commiment to assist the guest. I forgot my apple watch and other items, I called the hotel and the staff was able to assist me in mailing the forgotten items to me. The property was not bad. The things that I didn’t like were the lack of elevator in the building and the towels in the wash room. Over all I had a good time staying at Amber Hotel.”
