WITH REGARD TO THE FACILITIES: it is a very comfortable and accessible hotel since everything is closely together, the beach, the swimming pools, the restaurants, the spa ... it is possible to be walking to all sites from the room without taking too long or having the need to take a car for the displacement since it happens normally in the resorts. The maintenance of the hotel is excellent, relies on 4 swimming pools of different sizes and a very extensive beach, the gardens are very well elegant, surrounded of different animals and the impeccable facilities, VERY CLEAN. We booked a Royal Jasmine Junior Suite, it is a big and comfortable room, in addition it includes special services as movement to the airport, private beach, exterior swimming pool and a lounge that offers diverse services. , compatible schedules, in spite of the distance IT IS WORTH IT. WITH REGARD TO THE PERSONNEL: we lack words to describe the attention that we have received, the personnel is UNDOUBTEDLY THE BETTER THING that has this hotel, always ATTENTIVE to the most minimal detail, VERY NICE, DECISIVE, RETAILERS and COMPROMISED, they are always available for any thing that you need. We want to give him them thanks to the "Butler's Team": ISLAM, AKHIL, JOSEPH, ZAFAR, PRADEEP, DEEPENDRA, DULSHAN & BUNYOD for everything what they have done for us, if we return will be because of them.

The place needs maintenance! It looks abandoned. Plus, most of the restaurants are closed, other only open at certain times/days. They don't comply with the published schedule, so I felt misled.
