"I stay away a lot for work and have seen it all from roll top baths in the bedroom to hundreds of condom wrappers under the bed (afterwards finding out the room was hourly rented 🤔😳) but this place is good for the money, was super toasty when I got there and was fully acceptable for my purposes. "The rooms a re small, perfect for a short overnight stay. The beds are very comfortable. plenty of power/charging options. restaurant in the hotel, however we didn't eat there. there are several restaurants in walking distance. The docks are less than 5 minute drive."

"We were visiting Anfield for the Legends game, so found this lovely guest house. Very clean, very comfortable with everything you might need. The kitchen is really nice, such a good idea (we didn't need to use it) Bathroom is spacious & the 1st floor shower is lush!! Definitely recommend "

"After several attempts by email and despite promises our deposit was not refunded. Invoice clearly states deposit is refundable. Checkin was a drama! They handle multiple properties on site and had put the wrong keys in the lock box. So we were advised to go through the different lock boxes and keys to get in, then after that, no towels, so back down to lock boxes and go to another unit to get towels. This took well over an hour and while we were doing this a resident says, having key trouble?...

"A very nice room with patio doors looking out onto countryside. Comfy bed, handy fridge / toaster / kettle with a sofa to relax on. My fewer stars on the staff/service is not a criticism but a reflection on the fact that I didn't actually meet anyone! Received an informative email before arrival and the key was in a lock box so there was no personal interaction needed."

"What did I think about my stay at Sheridan’s? What stay? Booed this with Expedia on 21st feb It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on.. Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know. Leaving us with nowhere to stay."

"This small hotel is a real find and only a 5 minute walk further out of the centre than were used to. It made it for it with excellent attention to detail and good quality room amenities. The hotel is staffed remotely and we had a problem with locking our door. We sent a WhatsApp and got an immediate response from Geoff who sent someone to fix it straight away.
