“I did not like that my deposit went on my card when I had cash for it. The hotel clerk at the desk forgot to ask. I do not like having to wait a week to get it returned to me that's ridiculous! ”

“Overall a great stay. Always love the beds at Hampton Inn. Great lobby, eating area and outdoor space. I needed the business center a couple of times and computer was fast. Workout room was spacious and adequate. Only complaint is that the water cooler was empty and I mentioned it 2x to the front desk and it was still empty on the 3rd morning. Might be nice to install a water station to refill water bottles vs. the drinking fountain. Thank you for a nice stay.”
