“Out refrigerator was unplugged because it made loud noises. Front desk told me to just leave it unplugged. One bathroom had the fan on max speed all day and night, while our other rooms bathroom fan did not funtion. When we requested housekeeping, nothing was cleaned. There was dried poop on the inside of the toilet when we moved in. Staff apologized constantly but did nothing to improve housekeeping. 3 times I had to get my own fresh towels from the front desk because housekeeping did not clean……

“It looked like the property was desolate for a long time and just made enough improvements in the rooms to open for this weekend. It needs a lot of upgrading so I understand why the price was so low. We didn’t get new towels any of the days air-conditioning worked the tub in the shower was not that clean clean enough to take a shower though good enough to sleep in for three days.”

“Not quite up to the typical standards. Rooms were nice enough but lobby tired, elevators took forever and pool unexpectedly closed. Staff was lovely and helpful.”

“Staff at front desk was helpful, even at 4:30 AM. Appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of parking. Breakfast could definitely use some help!! And indoor pool area was not comfortable at all - sitting area was outside, the room was very hot & decking around the pool stayed soaked with some puddles. Overall, I give it a B+. Offer a better breakfast and I might bump it up to an A-.”
