"Our son was graduating Oberlin College in nearby Oberlin, Ohio. This hotel is very convenient if you cannot stay in Oberlin itself. We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last 5 years. It is only 12 miles and 15 minutes from Oberlin. The staff was very friendly. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, however, they still do not offer any daily room service, trash pick-up, or wellness checks. This started during Covid, but Covid is long since over. "Came to OH for a 25th Anniversary party and had an opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. My only "complaint" Rooms needed an additional mirror and better lighting at the mirror. Two women trying to put on on makeup at the same time was complicated, lol. It would be nice to have a full length mirror to see our outfits. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. "
