“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“The Andaz is brand new and everything from the lobby to the restaurant to the suits has been done immaculately. I am a local (Surfside resident) and we just stayed at the Andaz for 2 nights to enjoy the facilities and celebrate my birthday. We definitely enjoyed our stay! We checked out all the facilities; Everything looked great. The Gym is fully stocked with everything you need for a good or even serious workout. “Everything was great except during check out when the front desk insisted we did valet parking. He walked around asking workers and it was shocking that no one knew what was going on. He also didn’t want to answer any of my questions and just ignored it like he didn’t hear me. Anyway, he didn’t seem like he liked his job nor had any customer service training.
