"Matt was very helpful! We loved everything about the stay , except for the fact that we didn’t get upgraded to the ocean view suite, even though we booked last minute and was told it was available. Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t.
