All the staff were gfriendly and courteous but there were not enough to handle the guests. Also there were little things like no robes or slippers in the room, and there was a trim board along the bottom of the slidding doors to the balcony that is a serious trip hazzard. "We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our hotel room. We actually watched a wedding on the yacht docked outside our window. It is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and many attractions. It is busy with a lot going on, but it’s Miami, so that is to be expected. The room was quiet, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!"
