“Very nice facility ”

“Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors.”

“The room was great…except that I got charged twice for it. I asked at the front desk, showed my bank account with two of the exact same charges, and she assured me that I was only charged once. Five minutes later they called my room to say that there was a “glitch in the system” and I was charged twice and they processed a refund. This was Friday, today is Sunda, and I still have not received my refund. This is going on three days where I don’t have access to over $400 of my money because of a……

“This place is a absolute dive. I can't explain it any other way. ”

“Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though.”
