“I stayed the week of 8/12, during my 6 day stay the room was not cleaned once. I stepped on glass in my room, we asked staff for our room to be cleaned and they said they would put us down to have the room cleaned the next day.It was not. At no point did we put the do not disturb sign up. They gave us a broom to sweep the carpet with in which we found more glass. The pool was filthy. I would not recommend staying here.”

“When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.”

“We reserved the hot tub room for after a concert we attended that night. All rooms in the Ann Arbor area were 400-500 a night or more so we chose this motel. We could not even use the hot tub. The water was a very dark color just as the tub was filling and before we even got in n the tub. We turned on the jets before getting in and all of this brown slime formed on the bubbles. It was absolutely disgusting like they have never cleaned the jets. Waste of a room. We would have just rented a……
