“Great hotel - very clean and smelled new. Gym has two treadmills, 1 bike and 1 elliptical with free weights. The one downside of our stay was noise. The walls are VERY thin.”

“The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for……

“Great independent hotel with pool, good breakfast, comfortable beds and very helpful staff.”

“The rooms were dirty, the bed mattresses were hard and old. The linens were spotted. The internet wasn’t working and the desk person just said there was nothing they could do. If you are going to stay here for the races at MIS, be prepared to be disappointed!! Additionally, don’t believe them if they say they will issue you a credit.”

“Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.”

“The outside of the hotel looked dirty the same with the lobby. The elevator smelled horrible and room windows were filthy. The furniture was dusty. The shampoo bottles were moldy. I just don’t understand how can this place be in business. The pictures shown on the Expedia website weren’t real to what I expected. Please don’t stay there.”

“When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.”

“I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”

“The room was great. But the staff was not customer service oriented. Our welcome was not welcoming. Staff looked down and mumbled. And there was no half and half for breakfast coffee. They just had creamer with sugar”
