Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen. “My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from a luxury property. On arrival, one staff member took all three of our passports, completed the check-in process, and told us everything was fine and that our room would be ready shortly. However, when we returned, another employee informed us that our king room for two people could not accommodate a third guest, despite us never being told this beforehand. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several……

“The staff at Agadir Beach Club are outstanding. The hotel has good food in it's restaurants. There's a terrific singer in the hotel nightclub who performs nightly. There is a large swimming pool in the beautiful grounds. This was my second stay at the Agadir Beach Club, and I plan to come back.”

“I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, there is a huge selection of food, both in the main restaurant and the pool bar (burgers, pizza, salads, cakes, fruit, crepes, doughnuts....so much). You will never go hungry. There is a second restaurant on site its with a set Moroccan menu, you need to book but you don't pay more. The evening entertainment was unbelievable too. “The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and……

“Basic but clean room, slight issue with Air-Con but staff were super responsive and fixed straight away! Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. ”
