“一人の利用でも夕食をお部屋でとらせていただけたのがとてもありがたかったです。 とにかくすべてがおいしいです。名物料理が全て食べられて、りゅうきゅうの味もだんご汁の麺？のもちもち感も本当に良かったんですが、特にブリのお刺身が最高すぎてひっくり返りました。 ただやはり量がものすごいので、風習とはいえ旅館さんもそろそろフードロス問題に取り組んでほしいなとも思いました。 お風呂は別々の場所に三つあるところを予約をしたり誰か使っていないか確認しながら服を着直して移動しないといけないので少し面倒でした。42℃のお湯に入れない人間ですがお湯は混ぜてもかなり熱いかったです。大きい方を先に予約できたのが正解で、小さい方は足しか無理でした。好きな時間に予約したい方は早めに伺った方がいいです。露天には洗い場がないので、先に洗い場があるお風呂の予約がとれないと露天にいけません。 大寒波がきてたのもあり、お部屋もエアコンの温度をかなり上げてもぬくぬくとはいきませんでした。廊下もかなり冷えるので、冬に行かれる方はしっかり防寒着あった方が良いかと思います。鉄輪の冬は東京よりもかなり寒かったです。”

“소라칸(6층)에서 바라보는 벳부의 전경이 인상깊게 남았다. 생각했던거보다 넓은 방에 여닫이 문으로 나눠져있는 다다미방도 좋았다. 실내와 실외에 있는 욕탕은 사용하기에 편했지만, 한가지 아쉬운것은 온천수가 미리 받아져 있다는거…사용할때 직접 받아서 하는 시스템이면 더 좋았을거라 생각한다. 그리고 실외는 많은 나무들로 모기가 좀 많았지만 부슬부슬 내리는 비를 맞으면서 따뜻한 온천물에 앉아서 자연과 어우러지는 기분은 넘 좋았다. 우리는 이틀을 묵어서 각기 다른 조식과 석식을 예약했었고 아주 대 만족, 코스마다 제공되는 양이 적어서 좀 걱정했는데, 풀코스를 다 먹은후 배부른 포만감에 정성이 담긴 직원들의 서비스가 좋았다. 풀코스 마사지도 좋았고, 전체적인 호텔 분위기나 제공되는 서비스로 그리고 주변에 있는 유명 온천을 도보로 구경하기에 호텔 위치도 좋았고, 편하게 쉬고 즐긴 온천 여행이였다.”
