“My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”

“The room was ok. Air conditioner worked well. The bathroom needs upgrading and there was no hot water for showering. I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to……

“No lo recomendaría. Está muy descuidado. Ventanas rotas, pisos manchados, techo de la habitación terrible. Cuando uno sube las escaleras hasta la lámpara está rota. Necesita una limpieza profunda hace mucho tiempo. Creo que nunca han lavado las ventanas.”

“El hotel está ubicado en un área muy accesible a los lugares de interés y de comida y bebidas. La housekeeping fue muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia pero las ventanas no cierran herméticamente por lo que se escucha el tráfico de la calle. Está bien para una noche.”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
