"Our stay at Tiki House was just perfect! The house is well equipped with everything you need: plenty of towels/washcloths, extra bedding/blankets, every kitchen utensil imaginable, and several beach chairs and sand toys. The locals take pride in ensuring the beach is safe for all wildlife, so the beach is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and sting rays! Oh and there were SO many seashells to collect! We shore fished and caught a few catfish. We also went crabbing and fishing at the nearby state park. The fishing pier there was so nice and well maintained. Having the beach right outside your back door is so nice when you have littles in tow. The outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom were so convenient. We brought our own umbrella and tent, so I’m not sure if there any in the storage room. They did have plenty of charcoal and the grill was nice and clean. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We will return! "

"In complete candor, I was a little disappointed in the beach. The water was fairly brown- clean, but brown. This is just a result of silt from the river. The beach was SUPER clean and quite natural, but there were a ton of super sharp rocks about 12 feet into the water. Those are literally the only negatives I have about the trip and honestly, small potatoes. Everything else was PERFECT Pictures are from the lowest tide we saw. "

"House is very accommodating for a large group. The commercial appliances are extremely helpful in holding all the food. We also enjoyed the commercial stove and the ice maker. The design of the house gives everyone some privacy. "

"We enjoyed our stay, Excellent host and Excellent host. Property exceeded expectations. Loved the area the house, the fenced in front yard was excellent to walk our dogs. The pool table was a really nice thing to have to start the day and wind the day down."

"View is great. Seen dolphins most days. Seen large fish jump completely out of the water two different times. Mister bird went down for a fish and then a shark grab the bird. First I seen that not watching shark week. Lol. House has lots of little extras that are useful. Owners were easy to contact. People in the neighborhood are extra friendly. "

"My entire family was able to come to one place and relax together. What a great spot for some family time. The host was amazing, we had an AC go out on Sunday(day two) and she had a tech out to fix it within a few hours. Very happy with this week, with my family, in this house. "

"I spent 2 glorious weeks at this property. I can't temember when I've been so relaxed. I dont think I've ever seen my reactive 4-legged baby so relaxed and calm. I'm already planning my next stay the the Skipper. It was perfect. For me, the location was wonderful. It was exactly what I"ve been looking for for years! It was quiet. Even in this peak season, there were no crowds, only neighbors. The view from the deck off of the living room area was incredible. Always a breeze. So pleasant to sit out there. It's where I spent a lot of time. I loved the little dog run area off of the main bedroom. It was so convenient to let my dog out for potty breaks. Only a couple of issues with the internet here and there, but overall it was an absolute wonderful stay. I was sad to leave and I'm looking forward to returning. "
