It’s not something you usually think about when booking a hotel, but having medical support on-site turned out to be absolutely critical for us. The doctor arrived quickly, assessed my son’s condition with calm expertise, and provided the necessary first aid before recommending further steps. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout, helping us stay calm and ensuring we had everything we needed. Beyond that, the hotel itself was wonderful—comfortable rooms, attentive service, and great amenities. But what truly sets it apart is its commitment to guest well-being. I can't express how grateful we are for the medical support during such a stressful moment. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond in this way. "Secrets was a great resort for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary. No kids really helped at the pool and speaking of cools, they have 3 great pools that are big and comfortable. The restaurants were DELICIOUS! especially the Sea Salt. The staff was super accommodating, friendly and helpful, which is always nice. I would highly recommend this for anyone!"
