“What an awesome place!! Cozy, comfortable, well stocked with every attention to detail, and soooo very clean! Right across the street from Lake Erie beach with sunset and Buffalo city views. Conveniently close to Highmark Stadium (which was the point of our tripb) and about 40 minutes from Niagara Falls made this the perfect location. Very gracious host made the stay even more pleasant. We'll gladly come back again!!”

“The pictures posted regarding the property hide the fact that this building looks like it’s falling apart on the outside and is located in the middle of the ghetto. We rode motorcycles and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes sit overnight to stay. We didn’t even go inside the building so I’m not sure how accurate the inside looks to the pictures. ”

This started out as the perfect spot for convenience- but ended up impressing us all the more with all the thoughtful touches.
