"Chose here because close proximity to concert and wasn't a Comfort or Days Inn, but the place is just sketchy... From the moment I walked in it felt just weird. No decor, no music playing, no sounds, no vibe at all. Felt like I was checking into a weird movie. I saw mail in slots and was definitely unaware this was a hotel/apartment building. Idk how I missed that. Pretty strange. Asked the front desk lady for a recommendation for a place close to there for happy hour and getting some small bites, her response was to go downtown. If I wanted to go downtown I would have stayed downtown. I wanted recommendations for THAT area. Anyways, the elevator was nostalgic of old NYC, which was cool. Getting to our floor there are ZERO signs of where to go and about 5 hallways. It was annoying and smelled like patchouli. Hated that. Room didn't smell like it at all tho, but was just weird... Idk how to explain other than it felt like the type of place you would see in a movie where people are behind the walls watching you. Not saying that happened, just saying all the hallways and the bare necessities room, just gave it a vibe. Shower drain was DISGUSTING looking but we didn't notice til next morning since we headed out immediately. Toilet was tiny. No ventilation fan. Bed was not made for "adult activities" as it was not bolted or affixed to wall or floor, so that was awkward. Just all in all I can honestly say this was a terrible experience and I would never stay here again."

"Convenient location, extremely clean, courteous, helpful staff. The only thing we didn’t like was during a four night stay the only housekeeping service we received was an exchange of dirty towels. No one came in to wipe surfaces down or make the bed. Not a dealbreaker, but certainly a nice touch during a four night stay."

"The staff were awesome, Friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and big. Our king bed wasn’t very comfortable. It seemed to bubble in the middle and we both ended up on the edges by morning. It also seemed a bit lumpy in places. The bathroom was clean, but a bit small and hard when having to shut door. The Starbucks, bar, and restaurant were good. The area felt safe and easy to get around. The tram stop was super close."

"The website claims breakfast They have an old coffee brewer with powdery creamer and breakfast bars that say limit 2! The ice machine flooded the floor and 24/7 staff loud and laughing at the front desk my room was the 1st one! No flowers outside like in pictures and garbage by front door! Not happy with stay at all"
