“We really enjoyed this place... it's close enough to Nevada City, but still far enough away from the busy downtown area.”

“Everything was as advertised. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. We never turned on the TV, but we did use our travel Bluetooth speaker. We chose the downstairs bedroom, even though it has the smaller bed, because the view out the windows is superior. Our dog loved the yard and chilling on the porch. The RV was not there during our stay, so all was quiet and private. It was just right for us!”

“We are usually a very active family but this trip we really enjoyed slowing it down and hanging around the house. They had a bunch of games, dvd, kids books. More than enough room and beds. It was hard to pick which rooms to stay in. Ha! Our family needed this and it was great get away. Town is not far and we feel in love with Nevada city. They had dog man books and my son was over the moon about that. Great stay highly recommended it. ”

“Wonderful cabin in Grass Valley. I stayed with my sisters, so we were four adults, each got a fluffy warm bed. The house is also great fro family with kids as there are lots of nooks to sleep read and play. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is quiet but still pretty close to the town. We were a bit disappointed to discover it was a IR sauna, but other than that communication with John was super clear and smooth and all in all a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!”

“Property was clean and easy to access, Ryan was accurate with all of his directions. Lake was beautiful and the fish were biting. We created many life long memories and if we have a need again we will be back. It was a wonderful stay with no problems, everything worked as needed and plenty of things to do.
