"The hotel itself is quiet and clean. It's also within walking distance of a lot of shops and Times Square so it's perfect for a place to lay your head at night while you enjoy the city."

"Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Concierge wasn’t much help for anything but luckily the bellhop was in the know and able to answer any and all questions. Conveniently located for Times Square, plays, Central Park, shopping, and the Rockefeller building. "

"I stayed on the 16th floor with access to the executive lounge. My room looked recently renovated and was very spacious. Nice clean design. The lounge had plenty of soft drinks and coffee selection, but the snack choices were limited. The resort fee for me included a $15 credit at the cafe/market in the lobby that had some nice selection - pricey without the credit. "
