Lovely, Tastful, and tastefully furnished luxury condo located on the Island on Lake Travis - a luxurious, serene, and breathtaking island villa. Get ready to be refreshed. Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $50/night.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

2. We operate a "no-contact" check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $150 prior to your arrival. Security/damage deposits are automatically refunded within 7 business days after your stay.

3. Also, note that pictures may not reflect most current lake levels considering adverse weather conditions.

Very nice place.
Loved feeding deer and petting them. Spa was awesome. The only thing was the restaurant was closed Thursday when it was supposed to be open and Wi-Fi password never worked with passcode.

The room was great. The on-site restaurant was terrible. We were Rudely reacted to when we asked about our “to go” order at the bar. We were told to wait. When we got back to our room to eat, it is was Clear that our food was siting under a broiler for quite some time. We had to pick out what was still Edible. The cobbler desert was so hard, I couldn’t break it w a fork. WILL NOT WAIST OUR TIME GOING BACK TO ILENES.

Everything was great. Loved the room, the pool, the location. Minor things that were a little awkward, you can’t turn on shower without getting wet. And opening the cabinet by sink hits the light fixture so you can’t open it all the way.

The weekend was wonderful and staying at this property was special. We had one hang up in the parking spot being taken. The only suggestion I would make, although I am sure it occurs infrequently, is to provide the alternative solutions for being unable to use the assigned parking spot. Action was taken to provide aid in a timely manner though.

Our stay was great, everything in the room was as expected. My only complaint would be that the bed could probably use replacing - very noisy and not terribly comfortable. Woke up with my back screaming. Other than that it was great. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the Location
The prior reviews are still accurate. Cozy, clean unit in a beautiful property on Lake Travis. My visit was quiet and a great place to get away and think. Only criticisms are the ones mentioned in prior reviews. Bed should be replaced. It is noisy (just getting in and out is really loud) and uncomfortable. The kitchen needs better pots and pans and perhaps more utensils. Otherwise, great spot for a good price.

.Mostly good.
"Handicap" should be removed from description. A metal plate at door & no shower seat. A handicapped person could not manage alone. Otherwise it was nice. Great pool, beautiful area & facility.

A Comfortable Stay
The condo room was, at the very least, “clean”. Clean as in there where nail clippings in the couch and carpet, the kitchen faucet was leaking, and the floorboards and bed where creaky and was hard to navigate through in the fear of waking someone up. However, those are minor complaints, as I overall enjoyed my stay here for two nights. Would definitely recommend, though it is a little pricey. A-.

Great weekend at the lake!
Nice little room with everything you need for 2 people. Enjoyed pool, hot tub and fitness center. Beautiful deer roaming property and great view of lake. Very quiet and relaxing couples get away!

The property is quiet, lovely, well furnished for cooking, and ideal for a quiet get-a-way. There are thoughtful extras made available: iron, pool towels, extra pillows/blankets, shampoo/conditioner in the shower, and a binder of information. If you are looking for a great location for a lot of outdoor or city activities, this is not the best location as it is a good 15 minute drive to a decent sized city. The only negative comment I would make is that the bed is quite firm. I gave the property 5 stars since the firmness of the bed is a personal preference. The bed is in good shape but overly firm for my comfort.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location, beautiful and not a lot of people around. The condo was a great size for my husband and I and was well kept. The only complaint we had was the bed, my husband and I both did not like it. I know everyone sleeps differently so it may be right for some people but it was unpleasant for us to sleep on and I wouldn't have wanted to stay more then 2 nights on it. We did not let that ruin our stay though and we still loved the place! I have already recommended it to family and people keep asking where we were vacationing!

Very cute condo
This is a beautiful condo on a great part of the lake! The pool is very nice with a great view. Overall it contributed to a really relaxing weekend. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the poor quality of cookware provided. Despite using oil everything stuck to it and was a mess to clean up, so we ended up eating out a little more than planned. We’d also planned on using the gym but were locked out both days.

Not much to do on this portion of the lake.
This portion of the lake we found to be too quiet. On a beautiful Sunday morning we only saw one jet ski and one boat. We were looking forward to exploring the lake by kayak but the only local kayak provider didn't have any kayaks available and couldn't have been very close because we saw no one on the lake. All other kayak or boat rental places were 40+ min drive around the lake. Anything else we were interested in doing was also 40+ min drive away. The property is pretty. The "spa" they claim to have on the property is only open Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant on the property is horrible. This particular unit was very clean, however, the bed was really uncomfortable. It's really old or really cheap or both and creeks loudly with every little move. The ceiling fan also rattled all night. They say to email them with any questions and concerns because they want you to enjoy your stay, but this was not our experience... I emailed about a local kayak provider and again when we left the property disappointed and both emails were ignored. If you want peace and quiet and to sit by the pool all day this property may be for you. But if you're looking for more to do, look elsewhere.
