Everywhere smells moldy and musky. The place has mold. When you get off the elevator the smell of lacker that I believe is to cover up the mold smell. The next huge complaint is the pushy upsell ALL the time. Restaurant no reservation but they can put one in just for you for a $150 dollar wine. Or go check out our other resort bc of the complaint of no where to seat unless you get up early to go save a spot. Upgrade your room for another $100 dollars a night. I bought the Preferred package.
