"Stayed at Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the location was convenient to Saratoga Springs without the crazy downtown prices. Definitely would stay again."

"This was our second stay at The Hotel Saratoga. We were impressed with the Staff from the moment we entered, every person stop what they are doing to greet you and see if they can be of assistance. "Overall our stay for two nights was good. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, it was quiet, and the pool was clean. Only real complaints were lack of parking anywhere near the actual hotel when we checked in due to a wedding going on, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was poorly staffed. Took 2 hours for 4 people to get their meal and everyone's came out one at a time. "
