“We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. I will say the booking was confusing because the site said one price, but when I went to book it, there was a higher price. There was also no working porch light, so it was impossible to see the key pad to enter our code. I did call and was helped, but I had to get a separate flashlight. The house is very clean, but it is old and smells somewhat musty, but did not affect us in a profound way, just annoying. ……

“I loved this place! My dog and I had super bright and clean accommodations, and the host seemed welcoming. My favorite part was the series of paths that were mowed in the field adjacent to our cottage - my dog and I were able to get some much-needed exercise after a long drive, and I was so grateful for that. I would absolutely return to this spot again and again - it felt secure and was quiet. Oh - and the bed? Very comfy.”

“The townhouse was very clean and felt cozy. There were bottled waters and snacks left which saved me for our first early morning of volleyball.The townhouse is closer to the entrance of the Spooky Nook Sports complex than 90% of the parking spaces in the parking lot. It was exactly a 3 minute walk from the townhouse to the front entrance. The owners were VERY prompt to respond to messages that I sent. I ended up with an injury just before my trip and was on crutches during this awful long……

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25\. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
