“The host Marilyn was very responsive before and during my stay. I contacted her within 15 minutes of entering the room to let her know the toilet tissue holder was broken upon arrival. She responded graciously for making her aware and let me know it would be addressed after I checked out. The property was very well maintained and the room was disinfected very well. The bleach smell as a little overpowering, but lightened after a few hours. The room had everything needed for a quiet and relaxing……

Because of her efforts, my overall experience improved significantly and reflects the level of care the hotel provides. While I did encounter a minor issue with valet prior to my stay, I want to emphasize that this was an isolated experience and not representative of the valet team……
