“Great location, with loads of parking in the area and really close to the station (handy to get to Newcastle) and the seaside. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the check in, and was always responsive to our requests. “EXCELLENT ”

“Lovely property well located in the centre of Tynemouth. Host is so helpful, comfortable rooms and beds and the breakfast is amazing.”

Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and……

“The premier suite needs the toilet seat fixing and a plumber needs to sort out the drainage as when the bath drains it back up into the shower tray in the bathroom.”

“Nice place albeit a bit dated”
