Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! The house was extremely clean and well maintained and very comfortable (we had 4 adults, one teen and a dog). Everyone really loved the big sectional couch and the fireplace for the cool nights we had. The location was also great. It was a very easy walk (or golf cart ride) straight down 75th street to the beach. And the house is perfectly set up for a dog as well. Our dog LOVED laying on...

The host, Katelyn responded very quickly and helped me coordinate my stay.The condominium was very clean and the bathroom and the kitchen were spotless. Nice to have a washer and dryer and the cable and wifi worked seamlessly. A very convenient location and a couple minutes walk to the beach. I look forward to returning in the future.”
