"We had a pleasant stay at this well maintained hotel. The area was very peaceful, yet located only a short drive away from Burlington and the lake. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and recently renovated. The staff were very welcoming. My only (totally subjective) complaint is that the mattress was too soft for my liking. Otherwise, this hotel is a great choice when visiting the Burlington area."

"The grounds and accomodations are very nice. The complain has to do with the two main restaurants. One can expect based on the beautiful and elegant settings a much better meal experience even more considering the prices. We had dinner at Alpine Hall and room service from Tipsy Trout and we just can't recomend them. It is advisable to seak a nice meal experience elsewhere."
