Breakfast is not included. Property is a bit more run down than other Doubletrees we have stayed at. Our first room had water spots on the ceiling and potentially mold. We had to be moved the second night because the room above was leaking water in our vent very loudly. There were unfortunately no other available rooms with king beds.

There was lots of noises in the hallway and upstairs so many events going on in town people are drunk and we were trying to sleep. Had to leave premises at midnight

A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast. No soap in the dispenser in the shower.

Mediocre place with not a very receptive concierge

Loved the suite for 2 people. Traveled from Ohio for weekend to see Tulips and surrounding towns. Amenities were same as an AirBnb, except more affordable. Room & bathroom were exceptionally clean and updated. Loved all the space, including a rolling dining table, garbage disposal, dishwasher (no d/w tabs/cleanser), refrigerator/freezer and all the dishes you need for a long stay (only missing a wine opener). Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, historic downtown, and Veldheer Tulip Gardens. Hot breakfast buffet, coffee/tea/juice were a bonus; however, needed more seating. Definitely stay again if more than one night! Added to my Hilton Honors points (loved the complimentary water too)!
