We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin with a kitchen, living room, deck and lake view. The cabins provided just the necessities. They have a boat ramp to put in jet skis or boats with slips available to rent for a small fee. They also had boats available for rent at an extremely reasonable price. The staff/owners are on site and always welcoming and helpful. We lounged in the pool and met some other guests at the resort. Close driving distance to groceries, bars or access to the other side of the lake. On water, your directly across from Shady Gators and around the bend from Frankie & Louie's and Outer Limits.

Room was old and furniture from 1980s. Basic maintenance like painting not done. TV remote did not work. Hotel needs new ownership.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, the place stunk the rear door had. The lock broke off to get inside the motel. There was no deadbolt on the door half the lights inside the room were missing light bulbs. The ones that did have light bulbs you had to get the rotating switch just right in order for the light to stay on the room stunk The TV was a mess and didn't work correctly. There were no USB or charging ports anywhere just wall plugs The towels for the shower looked like they were ten years old. Outside of the rear entrance door was a car that had the wheels off and lying next to it. Part of the doors and sunroof were open with plastic. On those like the car had been stripped and abandoned I'd rather stay in a tent on a piece of land than go to this place again

We paid when we reserved the room online as per the ad, reporting two adults and pet. When we arrived that night we were first charged a deposit and told it was mandatory to be credited back the next day. Then the desk clerk told my husband there was a 2nd deposit for our shitzu but would also be refunded the next day. We would have left then before paying it but would have lost all money and no place to stay. There was no coffee pot in the room. Air conditioner is window air conditioner and didn’t cool the room well at all. It wasn’t running when we checked in and never cooled the room off. Stayed Tuesday and today is Friday and we have now been charged the room rate that we agreed to pay as well as two deposits and not been credited back those deposits yet. Do not stay here!!!!!!!
