"The pictures were NOTHING like the property. It was very old and dirty. Check in was done on paper. Zero amenities. Walls and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. The house shoes were also very old and there was an old towel coming out of bathroom. Key was a normal house key and door was not secure. We walked out 5 min after going in and lost 4 nights that we paid for and went to a new hotel. It took us 20 minutes to find a car that would come get us because it was so far from town. "

"This property was well located right across from the beach and an easy walk from many shopping and dining options.
The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms well equipped and clean.
The only thing I would comment on for improvement was the breakfast. There were items running out and a queue for the coffee machine, bacon was overcooked and the knives were too blunt to cut it. That’s what pulled it back to a 4 would have been 4.5 if I could give it."
