"The space itself was great for our family. The appliances need to be maintained. The freezer on the refrigerator is covered in aluminum foil and tape so it does not usable the washing machine dryer combo unit in the kitchen leaked all over the floor. Every time it was used and the dishwasher was not fully installed so when we were loading it, it fell out of the counter and onto the floor. there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. "We had a great time! property was beautiful and one minute from the water. Lots of extras like chairs, beach towels, dishes, games, sunscreen and all kinds of stuff that saved us trips to Walgreens. Loved it and will book again. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Bali Posh Hotel in Puerto Rico. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. "I don’t even know where to start! This property was absolutely stunning! The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s so many things that make this an amazing place to stay! "Me quede este año y el año pasado y me gusta mucho este hotel. El check in y el check out súper fácil y rápido. El area donde se encuentra el hotel es súper accesible porque te puedes ir a caminar en San Juan y encuentras de todo. Tiendas para hacer shopping, lugares para comer y por la noche hay muchos lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que pueden mejorar es en área de la piscina deberían poner música para ambientar y una barra para que la gente no tenga que bajar a comprar lo que desee. Este año mejoraron con el housekeeping porque al año pasado fallaron mas de 3 veces y este año solo no me limpiaron 1 vez y rápido que llame me trajeron las toallas que necesitaba y luego fueron y me limpiaron el cuarto. Recomiendo Hotel Rumbao!!! "

"Very nice staff and clean! Breakfast was a plus! Great service and staff was super friendly and accommodating! I was only there briefly since my flight got in very late and the airport hotel was a convenient place to rest for the next day. Again, LOVED the breakfast and options they offered ! I would definitely consider in the future!"
