Location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Bahamar in one direction and grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks in the other direction. Felt very safe with 24-hour security that can help arrange taxis. All contact with property manager was quick and very helpful."

"The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again."

"We absolutely loved our stay with Maxine. She was attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. The area was busy and taxis were often available, but most of the attractions were at least a 20 to 30 minute walk. The area is also still apparently recovering from a 2019 hurricane and the pandemic, so it is a little unsightly. All things considered, this apartment was the perfect place to call home during our stay and made all the other struggles much more bearable. "

It has a beautiful backyard with a big private pool, which has a colorful night light in the water that makes it look amazing when you get in during the night. Calvin was very kind and he made the check in/out process very easy and smooth. I would totally come back next time we travel to Nassau. I recommend it 100%."

"The property manager was amazing. Expedia dropped the ball on an excursion when neither I nor expedia could get in contact with the excursion company. Expedia pretty much told me that it was up to our vrbo to fix, even though I booked through expedia directly, not through the vrbo. The property manager reached out to multiple contacts on the island and made the excursion happen. We were so grateful."

"This property was perfect for our recent vacation! Winnie and team did a great job of accommodating our group, even providing a charcuterie board on our arrival day! Fridge was stocked with beer and sodas, and Winnie was able to even perform a shopping task for us one day for very reasonable price! The front desk team was also great at this location, providing local recommendations and having cabs ready for us when requested. Favorite memory will be all day Aquashores Speedboat excusion with pigs, turtles and snorkeling and shark dive with Stuart Cove. Raquel was a great host and took care of all our needs. "It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. "
