“This property was close to the French Quarter and had plenty of room to accommodate a family with three basically adult children. Proximity to night life and grocery was perfect. Most of nightlife in immediate vicinity was 21 and up but walking distance to restaurants with great jazz music that the teens enjoyed (Maison). Enjoyed the late night eats at Liberation taco around the corner. Would stay here again.”

“Host was very nice, super personable, and quick to answer any questions. He even gave a good tip about cabs to and from the airport, they were actually cheaper than a ride share. He offered some great suggestions for restaurants and good coffee. The place is about a 10 min ride to Bourbon St, in a quite neighborhood which was nice to come back to after a busy day. The bed slept great! The place offered everything we needed for the long weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“When we arrived at this beautiful property I quickly decided I'd be okay to never leave. The architecture of this 1870's historical home was just stunning, and the decor was minimalistic and inviting. The house invites you in with a cozy, plant-laden porch where I enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the people pass by. You step into a living room with a couch and chair and a large TV with images so crisp you feel like the people are in the room. Next is a dining area where we had our meals...

“This property is new, modern, clean and very spacious. We were traveling with a group of 7 women and the house accommodated everyone. This house is centrally located so it was very easy to get around. Gerald the property manager was phenomenal, he really went above and beyond to meet our needs. Will only stay here when visiting NOLA.”

Communication with owner was great. We had a question about the tv in the in-law suite. She promptly contacted me and found out that WiFi does not reach to the in-law suite. Not a big deal. “We had a long weekend with a group of family and friends celebrating a 21st birthday. The place was beautiful, clean, welcoming, well furnished with comfy beds, well decorated, and in a great location that felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. The hosts were helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond. We asked for their other listings and will be booking again when we return.”

You can walk up several blocks to catch the St Charles streetcars if you wish to take that in/out of the French Quarter or into the Garden District/Audubon Park. “Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto.”
