The staff were very responsive to our requests. The only negative was there were several areas of the hotel that were dated. The hotel is pretty dirty. A lot of homeless and drug attics out side that walk up on you. Hotel had tons of stains and musty smell. Filled with drunk kids, fire alarm pulled at 2am -had to go out back stairs in my pajamas where rats ran at us and then had to walk around block in pajamas

The main living area has water damage going down the wall from the ceiling. The half bathroom I had to open the tank up to rig the toilet to flush. Both bathrooms in the bathrooms have active mold.
