The receptionist we dealt with could barely speak English. Was very hard to understand him. The room we booked was not available. We had to settle for another for same price. They charged us an extra $60 when we got there. They charge for everything!! A diet Coke was $6. Wow. Greedy greedy Definitely ...

The booking specifically stated that the room had a King Bed, it did not. Front desk told me they dont have any King Beds and that the listing on Hotels.com was false advertising .
