“There are no vending machines in the hotel. The snack and drink items were slim picking. The breakfast was ok but the coffee machine was not working 2 of the 5 days we stayed there. Staff was great and very helpful. Would stay there again.”

“My stay was very comfortable, and anything I need, when I ask something, they help me very well. However amenities were not enough for the length of my stay so I have to ask them. They were very kind.”

“I found a syringe in my 1st room. They gave me a 2nd room, found some sort of bug on the bed. Did not stay here. Got full refund. Staff was kind and helpful.”

“Absolute rubbish. Was in New Orleans for the weekend and ended up staying an extra day. Huge festival weekend so everything was booked. Found this place on Expedia. If i had another option I certainly would have taken it. ”

“This hotel was much better than we expected. The security was excellent - every door had a special access code so we felt very safe. Our suite had a fridge, stove, dish washer and washer dryer. The couch and bed were very comfortable. One thing I will note: the fan has one speed, slow and AC doesn’t go below 68°. As east coast residents we would have liked it to be cooler, but this by no means changed our opinion of this property. We found most restaurants in the area are either open early……

“The property is undergoing minor renovations, that left my husband and other guests stuck in the elevator. There were no apologies nor concessions made in that unfortunate situation. Our visit was pleasant. ”

“Everything was great except for the motion sensor blue light that's apparently in all rooms. I was told this controls the AC. This light lights up the room at night with the slightest of movement. I can't believe somebody thought this was a brilliant idea. ”
