Guests enter Green Winged Teal by walking up the bricked exterior staircase from the driveway to the front door of the home. You'll enter the front door to find the foyer, living room and sunroom. The home's dining room, butler's pantry and kitchen are located to one side of the living room. The master suite is located on the other side of the living room. There is a back porch with gas BBQ grill located off of the sunroom. Take the interior staircase in the foyer to the media & game room on the second floor. Two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom are located to the left side of the media & game room. Two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom are located on the right side of the media & game room. A loft area with two twin beds is also located near the media & game room. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars is included in the rental rate.
Green Winged Teal is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.
